Kari Mikels serves as Operations Manager – West & Rocky Mountain Region. In this role, Ms. Mikels is responsible for the management and supervision of MC’s West & Rocky Mountain Region-based Project Managers and professional administrative team. Ms. Mikels facilitates interaction and information exchange between project teams and clients and acts as a liaison to attorneys and their staff, claims professionals, and external co-experts.
