TECHNICAL TRAINER – TTi
Mr. Pelayo has developed and conducted AHERA, EPA and OSHA English and Spanish safety courses for several years for the Technical Training Institute. Pete is the primary Spanish instructor for TTi.
Mr. Pelayo served 26 years in the United States Border Patrol. The 26 years were served along the Mexican Border, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Pete served as an International Liaison Member conducting meetings, exchanging information and translate documents. He also conducted 30-day State Department sponsored training sessions in conjunction with the United States Marshals Service. Trained Colombian National Police, Bolivian National Police on anti-terrorist tactics.
