MC Consultants, Inc. is pleased to announce Dave Amori, PhD, PE, RRC, CIT, joining our company as Vice President – Engineering Services. Dave will also be serving MC clients as a Civil/Structural Engineer & Building Envelope Expert. With the addition of Dave Amori to the MC roster, MC Consultants is also pleased to announce the promotion of Terence Kadlec, PE, serving the corporate role of Senior Vice President – Technical Services.
Dave Amori, PhD, PE, RRC, CIT joins MC as Vice President – Engineering Services
Dave Amori is an industry veteran, well-experienced in the forensic engineering marketplace, including complex construction defect claims and litigated matters given his structural, geotechnical, construction, and building envelope background. Dave is based in San Antonio, Texas. Dave holds a PhD in Structural Engineering and is a licensed PE in 9 states, as well as being a Registered Roof Consultant and experienced testifying expert. Prior to joining MC, Dave served as Vice President, Engineering of EFI Global, Inc., overseeing a team of 225 Engineers, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers. At MC, Dave will be working closely with our executive management and engineering teams, playing a key role in the operation processes, which will include providing training and mentorship to our rapidly growing group of engineering experts, as well as liaising with our valued clients in the industry for client services, continuing education, and networking. Dave joins our company as an executive that is committed to spending much of his time doing what he does well, providing client services on complex matters.
MC Promotes Terence Kadlec, PE, to Senior Vice President – Technical Services
Since joining MC in 2022, Terence has played a key role in the expansion of MC’s forensic engineering capabilities nationwide, which included establishing a rapidly expanding Rocky Mountain presence of engineering and technical staff. Through his leadership approach, Terence impacted other technical service verticals within MC Consultants. With the addition of Dave Amori joining our company, MC Consultants has the opportunity to place another industry veteran at the helm of the engineering team, allowing Terence to continue to impact all of MC’s expert technical staff. In this new role, Terence will continue to provide technical oversight to the expanding roster of experts and serve clients nationwide.
