Lee Adams, J.D.Vice President, Operations Mr. Adams manages the day-to-day operational processes of the company. His wide-ranging responsibilities include the design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the company's services.. Mr. Adams' more than 20 years of proven leadership experience and demonstration of results-driven management skills including his ability to communicate a clear vision, build strong teams, and drive change allows MC Consultants to expand its capabilities and better serve its nationwide clients. His ability to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talented employees will allow MC to continue to excel within the industry. Mr. Adams is an MBA candidate at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He received his Baccalaureate from the University of California at San Diego and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of California's Hastings College of the Law. He is a Licensed California Electrical Contractor, and is a founding member of Townspeople, a non-profit corporation located in San Diego and providing affordable housing for the terminally ill. |
