Ms. Ashcraft's responsibilities include oversight and workflow monitoring of consulting project management, as well as staff supervision and development. Ms. Ashcraft's years of industry experience in both insurance and litigation is extensive which positions her to add tremendous value to the corporate management team. Her management role includes quality control of work product, receiving and resolving client matters, and attending client meetings for case support and business development purposes. Ms. Ashcraft is also responsible for developing and implementing on-going project management training for technical staff and project managers, as well as preparing and reviewing information for annual educational seminars and meetings.
