Kathy Sandstrom, SPHR

Director of Human Resources

Ms. Sandstrom is responsible for human resources management including the development of policies and procedures for all MC Consultants, Inc. service divisions.  She directs recruitment, new hire orientations, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, employee relations, personnel data management, and training.  She also ensures compliance with employment law.  Ms. Sandstrom brings over 15 years of human resources experience in the transportation and home-building industries to MC Consultants.  Ms. Sandstrom is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
