Ed MartinetChairman of the Board Mr. Martinet guides the direction and scope of MC Consultants' corporate mission. He sets the agenda and presides over corporate proceedings. He is responsible for establishing corporate policy. He mandates and leads regularly-scheduled Board meetings. Mr. Martinet also serves as the liaison between management and the Board and, in doing so, remains in regular contact with the President. He operates in a capacity that is separate and distinct from MC Consultants' management while reinforcing the appropriate roles of the Board and management. The governance principles designed and implemented by Mr. Martinet and the Board of Directors assure the continued vitality of the Board, excellence in the execution of its duties, and the continued success of MC Consultants. |
