MC Consultants hires Right of Way Management Expert, Dana Abney, SR/WA
Reno, Nevada

Carlsbad, CA based company MC Consultants, Inc. is pleased to announce that Dana Abney has joined its civil engineering division, CE Prime. With the addition of Ms. Abney, CE Prime continues to expand its Right of Way (ROW) Management, ROW Acquisition, and Utility Coordination services.

Ms. Abney's distinguished career in public service and the private utilities sectors brings over 20 years of ROW experience to CE Prime. Ms. Abney offers a wealth of technical and practical experience to CE Prime in the areas of property rights, ROW acquisition and management, underground and overhead utilities, surveying, project coordination, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relocation assistance. Dana's expertise includes ROW policy and procedure, document management and control programs, easement interpretation and preparation, construction observation, inter-governmental liaison assistance, and ROW program assessment.

Dana Abney serves as the Education Chair & Vice President of the International Right of Way Association, Chapter 46 and is an Associate Member of the American Congress of Surveying & Mapping. Ms. Abney's experience, industry relationships, and national reputation make CE Prime a provider of choice for ROW and utility coordination services nationwide.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts with emphases in Geography, English, and Psychology from Southwest Texas State University. She also earned two Associate of Science degrees from Sierra College in Civil Engineering Technology and Surveying, respectively.
